    I have been making some changes and I see from this list that
    I am doing well. In fact, I decided to try a Vegetable Stew with
    Red Kidney Beans (slow cooker) It was good and I had it for two
    suppers. This makes me feel good. Thanks and now I have him
    on my favorite list.

    His site is really cool. We have started having salad with almost every dinner and I am going to try and drink more water. I’ve never been a veggie or fruit gal. I relate wayyyyyyyyy more to his ex sugar addiction. =)
