Dictionary.com gives two definitions for the word glamorous:
–adjective
| 1. | full of glamour; charmingly or fascinatingly attractive, esp. in a mysterious or magical way. |
| 2. | full of excitement, adventure, and unusual activity: the glamorous job of a foreign correspondent. |
The Glamorous WAHM’s definition of glamorous is stated as such:
1. a state of mind; fascinatingly attractive from the inside out.
When we think of the word “glamorous” we often picture a beautiful face, flawless hair, designer clothes, luxurious cars, and stacks of money. But in the year of 2009, have we not watched celebrities who have all of that, over and over, have their lives crumble from scandal right before our eyes? That is not so glamorous at all.
If you really want to be glamorous, your glam needs to radiate from the inside out. While we can create a facade and make things look pretty all around us, it means nothing if we are ugly on the inside. It is imperative to take care of our souls. For me, that means forever pursuing a relationship with Jesus Christ. He is my source of glamour.
While I promote glamorous products here at TGW and offer some glam giveaways, make no mistake, that my mission is to help your glamorous radiate from the inside out…
Be Glamorous~
