There comes a time in every woman’s life (men too), when we decide that enough is enough. We we need to put ourselves first. I finally did that about a minute ago, lol..just playing. =) In March 2009 I decided after having three babies, piles getting bigger, butt getting bigger, I had to find time to de-stress, relax and better myself so that I could actually accomplish the things I needed to in a timely manner. I’m not quite an expert at it, but I am working on it…
My biggest problem was my weight. At the time I wasn’t quite sure where I was on the scale as far as BMI. In comparison to overweight and obesity, I had no clue.
