Do you know your cholesterol number? High cholesterol is one of the major controllable factors for coronary heart disease, which is the number one cause of death for women. A recent study conducted by Harris Interactive for Cheerios found that more than 1/3 of adults (37%) have not had their cholesterol within the past year.
Those with limited access to adequate healthcare may not get regular cholesterol screenings and thus are at an even greater risk for heart disease.

I try to maintain a healthy heart by watching what I eat and exercising every day.
I exercise on a regular basis and eat oatmeal every day.
I exercise and try to eat in moderation.
I have a genetic predisposition to high cholesterol (as did my mother) and so I eat a bowl of Honey Oats cereal every day (as oats help with the heart); I also eat packets of oatmeal; I try to eat a lot of fruits and salads and vegetables; and I walk everywhere I can instead of driving!
I try to exercise regularly!
