The Imperfect Mom !!
1) I can not do it all…..I am not perfect!
2) I need some help. I really do!
3) I need a vacation….ALONE!
4) I need to send my child(ren) on vacation….WITHOUT me!
5) I yell!
6) I pretend I didn’t just hear crying!
7) My house is a mess….again! Didn’t I just clean it 3 hours ago?
There is a mountain of dirty clothes or unfolded clean clothes!
9) There are dishes to be done but they are still sitting there.
10) I live in Tantrumville, down the road from Whinnyville!
11) I have not slept since I gave birth to my first child!
12) So what if I don’t get made up anymore….I’M NOT PERFECT!!!!!!
Boy does this sound familiar… My husband has no shirts or shorts to wear, my baby is out of sleepers, I am out of underwear, and the house look like someone set off an explosive device in every corner. Not to mention the fact that somewhere in the midst of all this chaos I am meant to get some work done?? Shheeesshh!!
Oh do I know how you feel! That is why I had to post this! It’s good to know we’re not alone.
